Shipping policy

1. Where we ship
We ship to the EU countries listed in section 3. We currently do not ship to the Balearic Islands, Madeira, the Azores or outside the EU.
2. Dispatch time
We prepare and dispatch your order within 3–5 business days after your payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday to Friday.
As soon as your parcel is on its way, we send you an email with a tracking link.
3. Shipping costs and delivery times
Delivery times are counted in business days from the day we dispatch your parcel. All prices include VAT.

4. How we deliver
In Germany, your parcel is delivered by DHL. In Lithuania and Latvia, it is delivered to the Omniva parcel locker nearest to your address. In all other countries, it is delivered by the national postal service.
5. Customs and duties
We ship from Lithuania, so all deliveries stay within the EU. You pay no customs duties or import taxes.
6. If something goes wrong with your delivery
If your parcel is delayed, arrives damaged, or does not arrive, write to us at hello@sortabrick.com with your order number. We contact the carrier and sort it out for you.
